Hi,
I wish to add a free online subscription product to my shop.

And automatise all task after the customer chose it on my website :

- validation : I probably need a form to collect email, company, contact info... 

- customer creation in CRM 

- (no)invoicing and deal desk activities (cost, suscription creation...) 

- email to new onboarded (free) customer.

any experience on that ?

Can you describe the process adding a free product (subscription) to make it sold with no manual action ?
