i am using odoo v17 free version.

I have parent company and i have couple of child company, Child company will create create purchase order for vendor and will receive the items, but parent company should pay bills for all the child company purchase orders. 

How to do this configuration in odoo v17 without enterprise version? if this not possible then can someone please suggest alternative solution ?

I cant enable inter-company transaction in v17
