I am trying to send to customers a Rating Request email to see how happy everyone is with our services. To do this, I duplicated the default Subscription: Rating Request email template and applied it to the Sales Order model, but when I try to use the template the following error is appearing:

Failed to render template : 'odoo.api.sale.order object' has no attribute 'rating_get_access_token'

Does anyone know what this error means and how to resolve it?
