Access one employee record in multiple companies

Question

We have 3 companies and 3 employees
Company A,  Company B, Company C

Employee A on-boarded under Company A
Employee B on-boarded under Company B
Employee C on-boarded under Company C

Employee A is Manager and Coach of Employee B and Employee C
All approval requests and access etc of Employee B and Employee C should go to Employee A from Company A

How we can achieve this configuration ?
We are using Odoo Version 17.0

Hi,
steps:
1. Go to Settings → Users → Employee A’s User.
2. allowed companies to be set as A, B, and C., and the default company set as A
Sample:

Now Employee A can “see” employees of Company B and C.
Set Employee A as the Manager of Employee B and Employee C.Approval requests from B and C will correctly route to A, even if they’re in another company.
