Hallo, in meinem Test-System kommt "Veranstaltungs-Ticket" anstatt z.B. "Service-Ticket" oder einfach nur "Ticket". Das Wort "Veranstaltung" ergibt in diesem Kontext gar keinen Sinn. Gibt es denn überhaupt User aus Deutschland, welche das System einsetzen?
