Is it possible to define generic shipping labels (not associated with any carrier)?
The client has its own delivery service and needs to label the packages so that its delivery people can make the deliveries.

You can create own labels with our Odoo Product Label Builder solution.
For your case, it's likely required to add integration with the Delivery Carriers (delivery.carrier model), so you will be able to put data from your shipping service to shipping labels.
