Configure the Outgoing Mail Servers: [SSL: SSLV3_ALERT_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE] sslv3 alert handshake failure (_ssl.c:1007)

Question

Hi guys
Does anyone know how I can overcome this error?
[SSL: SSLV3_ALERT_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE] sslv3 alert handshake failure (_ssl.c:1007)
What
happens, in v15 the credentials used work, but now in 17 when I go to
configure the Outgoing Mail Servers, I always get this error.
Can anyone help me with what I can do?
