We have set up the synchronisation of their Outlook calendar with Odoo. It works well.

When the first user (Fabien) synchronises his calendar, no problems.

We encountered a problem when synchronising the second user (Antony). Fabien has events in common with Antony in his Odoo calendar. But in his Outlook calendar, Antony has refused certain invitations. So these events are no longer present in his Outlook calendar.

When Antony synchronises his calendar in Odoo, the events he declined are present in his Odoo calendar, so Odoo recreates them in Outlook and sends invitations to all participants.

We would like to know what method do you use for dealing with this case of ‘Recreating events deleted in Outlook’.
