'Discount' Pricelist not show up in Product detail page

Question

I am trying saas-18.3 Enterprise Run and added a product named 'BH test sofa'. I then created a price list 'BH Price list 1', which is configured to Apply to 'Product'. I added this product 'BH test sofa', set Price Type to 'Discount', and specify 10% on sales price. Save it.
I can see it works by applying this list to a customer then creating a new quote.

However, if I go to the product page, it shows 'Pricelists: 0 rules', which is weird. And I noticed that it shows 'Pricelists: 1 rules' if I

As some one in 2b business, I believe 'discount' pricelists should be listed here as well, which gives  us an clear image of our different discounts offered to different client groups.
