Azadea Group is a prominent retail company with a strong presence across the Middle
East and North Africa, operating over 50 leading international franchise concepts. The
HR team at Azadea initially managed their operations using an in-house system
(HRLite) integrated with an Oracle database, which served as the foundation for master
data and employee information. However, the need arose to unify all development
platforms and implement HRLite on a single platform accessible to all users via a web
portal. To address this challenge, Azadea sought a solution that could replace the
current HRLite system and integrate seamlessly with Oracle. Azkatech, an Odoo Gold
Partner, provided a comprehensive solution by implementing Odoo, leveraging its
flexible environment to meet Azadea's requirements. The front-end was developed
using HTML/CSS/JS (Metronics template) with access to APIs, ensuring a seamless
user experience. This tailored approach enabled Azadea to enhance their HR
operations, streamline processes, and improve accessibility for all users, ultimately
driving efficiency and productivity across the organization.
