Bolderfoods manufactures and sells sustainable food products, starting with vegan cheese alternatives called Chizou. Fred's favorite? The Pizza flavor.

This project aimed to integrate sales and subcontracting flows into a "control tower" view designed with the master production schedule. The challenge was to quickly define the most valuable Odoo features deployable within a few hours and to design user actions on a timeline. We configured stock routes to fine-tune the subcontracting flow with as few clicks as possible. We also helped them get started with accounting, analytics, and dashboards to drive R&D investments.

The accountant who helped with this project was so impressed by Odoo that he now uses it for all his clients!
