In Odoo 16, it is not possible to search financial reports using account ranges directly in the user interface. By default, the search functionality for financial reports in Odoo 16 only accepts one account or accounts that start with the typed data.
However, you can still achieve the desired result by customizing the financial report or creating a custom report to include the functionality of searching by account ranges. This customization would involve modifying the code and adding additional search options to allow for account ranges.
