odoo14 - outlook connector blocked

Question

Hi,
I'd want tu use the odoo connector for outlook. but it is blocked on the page "Odoo for outlook" - url : https://download.odoo.com/plugins/outlook/taskpane.html?success=1&auth_code=eyJuY....... and "loading"...
I've followed this documentation : https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/14.0/fr/crm/optimize/outlook_extension.html until the connection to odoo.
I see the "let outlook access yout odoo database page". I do validate but nothing happens any more.
don't see anything in logs.

Step 1: Running the installer.
Step 2: Run the Installation Wizard.
Step 3: Restart Outlook.
Step 4: Log into Workbooks with the Outlook Connector.
Step 5: Configure the Outlook Connector.
Step 6: First Synchronisation.
