I've been going through the various header templates (Customize>Header>Templates) to see if I can put my page's title (deleatur publisher of really great books) below the icon, but above the menu items (About, Authors, Blog, Translators—see attached image). I haven't been able to find a template that will allow me to do this (as far as I can tell); is this something I need to go into the HTML/CSS editor for? 

(Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see any video tutorials or documentation for the HTML/CSS editor).
