You should fill the Home Adress of Employee, which means the creation of partner-employee. Then by "pay to suppliers" document you can pay the salary and reconcile the salary liability. But there is a problem: You can not pay to all of your employees with one document. You have to pay one by one. In order to improve this, I suggest customization.
