To separate your Odoo online store and provide different prices for your B2C and B2B customers, you need follow these steps:
1) Create a B2B pricelist (or use one of yours if it already exists):
2) Assign this pricelist for all your B2B customers in the partner form:
3) After that, your B2B customers should log in to your Odoo portal to see products with these special prices.

Also, you can specify what pricelist should be selectable from your Odoo eCommerce by this setting:
