hi, 

i used to the odoo 11 with the cancellation of entries. that i can freely add bank charges and/or exchange differences to any receipts/ payment journal entry. 

Now i am at odoo 12. it blocked the cancel journal entry due to reason below:

Odoo Server Error - Validation Error

You cannot modify a journal entry linked to a posted payment.

Can anyone advise how do you enter a receipt for a partial payment with bank charges and exchange differences?  thx.
