Stéphane holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and brings over 15 years of diverse experience in the Mobile industry, covering roles in Software Testing, Pricing, and more. For the past three years, he has been a part of Odoo's Functional Support team and is now focused on developing expertise in Point of Sale app and Productivity tools (Appointment, Surveys, Activities, Discuss).
Ask the audience to fill out the survey before starting the talk, with simply demographic data.
Show how to create and use the most common features of survey.
Show how to send a survey using the email marketing application.
Explain briefly how to edit the email marketing campaign, and how to add an audience.
Then, analyse the results of the survey answered by the OXP audience. Show how to add it to spreadsheets, and how to create a lead based on specific questions of the survey.
Show the graphs that Odoo proposes when a survey is done, and show the results to the audience making a bit of funny presentation of How many people, age groups by %, Odoo user levels and gender.
