Yes, you can.
Before everything, you need to enable the Variants and Options feature in the configuration menu. Then, create a few variants for one of your products and publish it on your website. Now, the product variants should appear on your product page.

Sale-> Configuration->Variants and Options
Website->Configuration->Variants and Options
Inventory ->Configuration->Variants and Options
Once activated create the variant and set the price. For more details above variant, creation Click Here.
