I am a beginner for ODOO, and I am not able to setup roles of users
Can you please advise.
Please note that, I am already setup the test for 14 days and 8 days balance
User > roles - not able to see ???

Enable the debug mode, goto settings -> activate developer mode at the bottom
Now goto settings -> Users -> Groups, where you can create new groups or user roles if needed.
If you want to set roles for users, it is configured inside the settings -> users
