How to define a type of overtime to make the difference for example between actual working time and travel time (eg an employee exceeds 4 hours a night working time 2h ââunder which a meeting and 2h under journey times higher than its normal ride) ?

You have to create a Leave/Allocation type "Recuperation Days".
The employee has to enter manually when he wants to do an allocation request for an overtime.
