How to remove a existing company odoo 15

Question

I want to remove a company from my database, But I couldn't delete it, It's showing
"" The operation cannot be completed: another model requires the record
being deleted. If possible, archive it instead. Model: Fiscal
Position (account.fiscal.position), Constraint:
account_fiscal_position_company_id_fkey ""
But there is no invoice and sale orders.
Can anyone help me !!

Hi,
As per the error message, it seems you have some records in the table/model:  account_fiscal_position ( account.fiscal.position) [1]  having company_id value set to this company.
So clear those records or instead of deleting keep the company archived.
