[14.0] How to add Button to Dashboard

Question

Hi,
I am currently creating a dashboard for better sales analysis. I want to add a Button that starts a Wizard to help users retrieving the data they need. I am able to add a button and it's functional but somehow breaks the whole CSS of the dashboard. The width of the dashboard is like 1/3 of the available space.

I tried many things, but nothing really fixed it. Any idea?

Somehow the Button is displayed but doesn't print anything and also breaks the dashboards CSS.

Thanks for your answer. The Dynamic Dashboard Module looks
interesting, is it also possible to define the dashboards per XML or is
it just possible by the UI?

The blog looks interesting,
but I am quite unsure if it works for me since I use Odoo 14.0 and I
have seen many changes to the dashboard through the versions.
