To support their evolving needs, Synavos provided ongoing support through a tailored Odoo

Online implementation. Enhancements included modules for Inventory, Purchase, Sales,

Accounting, Payroll, Recruitment, Time Off, and Attendance. Key additions like WhatsApp

integration enabled real-time communication with customers and staff, while a new website

elevated the brand’s digital presence. Synavos also developed custom sales reports, automated

leave and payroll processes, and streamlined HR data management. This empowered Zalloum

to operate more efficiently, reduce manual workloads, and gain actionable business insights.
