The Deloitte team assisted MobilityPlus in maturity assessment of their Odoo environment on operational excellence, project setup and controlling and finance / accounting ready on Odoo. Together with their operations and finance team Deloitte defined the new way of working on operations side, financial setup and analytical setup on project side in order to gain better insights in their projects from controlling and accounting view, additionally the team brought best-practice recommendations to further streamline and optimize their operations flow, from front to back-office and vice versa.
