In odoo 14, I am unable to set up the onboarding plan due to the error. "User of the manager of the employee is not set".
Note that I have set up the Employee's manager field, and that manager's contact as worker.
Hi Joshva,
Please Try adding 'Related User' field for manager employee profile. The 'Related User' field can be seen under the HR Settings tab.
Hope this can fix your Issue.
