After Delivery Order is done in Odoo only inventory stock adjusting and is there any options to tracker whether the product has arrived at the shipping address or not, update status like "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery" when the Delivery person is picked the products and update status like "Delivered" when the Delivery person delivered the products to customer location.

Please enable multi-step routes. From your location, dispatch to an intermediate location. From there, the delivery person can complete the transfer.
