owlCarousel not working in Odoo 16

Question

IDK what's the issue is but in Odoo owlCarousel with the  owl.carousel.min.js [1]  is not working that error is pop-up in most of the backend screen.
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'addEventListener')

I am getting this because of the above js.
Does anyone have idea how to resolve it.
