Odoo 16 CE Upgrade error using OpenUpgrade

Hi Team,
I am trying to upgrade the odoo 16 CE to odoo 17 CE using OpenUpgrde scripts, Getting error in Two modules i.e auth_signup and hr. Please find the below error messages.
View error context:
'-no conetxt-'
KeyError: 'hr.plan'
If i remove those two modules from addons path, then the upgrade is successful but not able to use the odoo. When ever i click on any application/option getting odoo client error message.
Can any one help me with the resolution.

Hi,

The OCA OpenUpgrade scripts for Odoo 17 are now fully
updated, including fixes for the hr modules. Please pull the latest
OpenUpgrade 17 branch from here:
https://github.com/OCA/OpenUpgrade/tree/17.0 [1]
Then rerun the upgrade process. This should resolve the KeyError: 'hr.plan' and other related errors you encountered.
Using the updated OpenUpgrade scripts will help ensure a smooth migration.
