Odoo 15 Users

Question

I purchased some modules from odoo pricing.com and i specify the  number of user as 5 users,
one of those modules is e learning module, in this module some course that i published in website can be visited by random number of user, and i allowed the users to create there own accounts from website sing up option,
my question is, the number of users that i have specify when i purchase the module including the portal users too ?  or just the internal user ? , is there any limit for the number of po

None [1] Your 5 users is internal users and portal users will not counted.
Check the question 2 in at the bottom of Odoo Pricing page [2]

A user is defined as an employee or a supplier who has or will have access to Odoo in create and/or edit mode. External users (such as clients or suppliers who are portal users) are not counted in the number of users. For example:
