I wanted to know is it possible to draw more than one tree view in the same view using fields_view_get ??
I know that we are using res['arch'] to adding our view (tree or form ) but I want to draw more than one tree is it possible ?? and how ??

You can use action context to pass a parameter that allow you to draw the adequate tree.
