I hava thos error whe tray to migrate my odoo database from odoo 16 to Odoo 17

2024-05-01 02:03:29,030 236 ERROR db_1542682 odoo.addons.l10n_cl_edi.models.account_move: Could not import library pdf417gen

2024-05-01 02:03:29,086 236 ERROR db_1542682 odoo.addons.l10n_cl_edi_stock.models.stock_picking: Could not import library pdf417gen 

And another error:

2024-05-01 02:03:29,333 236 ERROR db_1542682 odoo.modules.loading: Some modules have inconsistent states, some dependencies may be missing: ['code_backend_theme', 'sale_custom'] 

I was unistall this modules from Test database before migrate
