leaves, salary and generating payslip

Question

Hello, Anyone please tell me. I am trying to generate salary for an employee.
the salary calculation goes in this way:
eg: salary= 10000
number of paid leaves: 22
after a person takes 22 leaves then, he comes under unpaid leaves and then, his salary must be cut which will be
like:
salary - number of days not worked*salary/number of days in that month

Hi Gaurav,

hr_paysilp module depends of hr_holidays module. So you several ways to issue this. For exmple :

Set legal leaves number of days at 22
Set unpaid leave type in your system(Humains resources -> Configuration -> Leaves Types)
Create a salary rule based on unpaid leave [1]
and generate your payslip it wil work.
