Can you confirm that you are using the latest source code of corresponding version. If you are not using the latest source code, may be pulling the updated source code will resolve the case.

You can ensure it by checking the same in Odoo Runbot, if it is not reproducible there, you may have outdated source code or custom codes in the instance causing the issue.
