I have developed one app in odoo which has multiple role users.
the logged-in user should see his designed landing page. The remaining should be disabled. the main menu also should be disabled.
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.

Hi ,
You can set custom home page for every user in Odoo. That means when the user login to the system he/she will see that page at first.
Activate Developer Mode
Goto Settings >> Users >> Users
Select Preferences Tab
Here you can see a field named 'Home Action' where you need to select the action that you want to open first when the user is login.
To hIde menu items Please Refer

There is the widget with tiles that allows to add links with icons.
In additional there is the widget with most used apps (based on user activity).
