• When you import stock or use “Update Quantity” directly, Odoo stores the inventory in the Inventory Adjustment virtual location.
• If you don’t assign a real location during import or inventory adjustment, it never gets moved.
  
  

Solution: Transfer Stock from Inventory Adjustment to Real Location

Create an Inventory Adjustment 

1. Go to Inventory → Operations → Inventory Adjustments
2. Create a new Inventory Adjustment:
   • Set Inventory Location to your actual location (e.g., WH/Stock/Shelf A1)
   • Select your product(s)
   • Set the correct quantity on hand
3. Validate it

This method removes the stock from Inventory Adjustment and places it in the real location.
