How to change stock location on a warehouse?

Question

I am using multiple warehouses with multiple location in the warehouse. When I do a sales order, it is defaulting to Warehouse 1, Location A. But my stock is in Warehouse 1, Location B. I have searched all over to try and change the stock location of Warehouse 1 to Location B. Is there a way? Even if I have to edit the database, it would help.
Otherwise, as a last resort, is it possible to move all the stock from Location B to A and vice versa?

You can change Source location(location_src_id) field in procurement rule(procurement_rule) table because when system create warehouse then it will create location and that location set in procurement rule.
