forum default language?

Question

i have created an odoo forum help shortcut on my desktop, when i am double clicking it opens in chrome and the language is Spanish and i have to select English, how i can set its default language English in my shortcut so i do not set it again and again?
i visited this link: https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1 [1]   and created shortcut using 3 dots menu -> more... -> create shortcut :
"C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome_proxy.exe" --profile-directory=Default --app-id=ifcfeaocomfmdn

Hello Smith John,
Odoo stores website langauge in Cookies. default langauge is en_En but once you change it odoo stores it in cookies and always load it from cookies if it is not specified in url.
there are 2 way to solve your problem.
1) you can clear your browser cookie or change langauge of odoo website to english.

2)  https://www.odoo.com/en_EN/forum/help-1 [1]  use this link in shortcut to directly open with english lang.
