I would like to know if it is possible to assign a price for each combination of variants.
Example :
Product A
Variants: 100ml,200ml
Variants: red, blue
Price for:
Product A 100 ml Blue: 10€
Product A 100ml Red: €10
Product A 200ml Blue:15€
Product A 200ml Red: €15

Another nice way is to create a base pricelist that has the price of each product separately (for each variant)
Hi,
The “Attribute Values” tab can be used to configure multiple Variants, values, and extra prices. Inside the “Default Extra Price” section, you can provide the extra price for this color variant.
Also, you can add an extra price for the variants from the "configuration" button after adding the attributes to the products.
After clicking the Configure button you can see the option for the "value extra price" button 
And also you can utilize the price list functionality for the extra price for the variants

The probleme is : 100ml red and 100ml blue cost 10$ and 200ml red & blue cost 15$
Not only the 200ml blue
Yeah, if you add an extra price for the 200 ml, it will be applicable for any combination along with the 200 ml variant. So if you choose 200ml red or blue, then the price will come with the extra price that you have given
