Delete incoming emails : The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator. (Document type: Message, Operation: unlink)

Question

Hello,
I would like to delete incoming messages from my inbox in Odoo 12. In case of deleting a message, which was usually addressed to me, I get the following error message:
The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.
(Document type: Message, Operation: unlink) - (Records: [7241], User: 6)

I don't see any restrictions in the database records, nor do I get more detailed information from the log.
Any ideas?

I guess you are able to open email message but getting error due to security of any related object access. please open the messsae and click on related objects if you got the same security error message then you are not authorized  to delete this message.
