created Activity Type is not showing in all apps.

Question

I am as new as this note. I am trying to add an Activity Type but it is not showing in all apps (example: i create in CRM and cannot see in projects and viz-versa)
According to the learner training video I should be able to see it in all apps.
e.g. CRM is only showing in CRM and Project Activities are only created in Projects.

Hello,
For that you have to keep Model field blank in Activity type. Then only you can access it every where.

Where would I find the Model field? is it in the user side or in code?
Sounds obvious but I did not see any model field or perhaps it is in the code which i have not yet reached in my trials.

Hello,

For that you have to keep Model field blank in Activity type.

Then only you can access it every where.
