Hello there,
In odoo 8, there is a field product_id in the hr_employee model.
But this field doesn't seem to exist in Odoo 10.
Could you confirm it to me?

You can confirm this yourself:
Visit runbot at http://runbot.odoo.com where every version, edition and daily build of Odoo is hosted with all modules installed with demo data.
Click on a GREEN box next to the branch you want to try (RED boxes are builds with errors). The Community editions are the ones you will access, unless you click
at the top of the screen:
Login (always admin / admin) and from Settings --> Technical --> Database Structure, search for the field:
(You will see it does not exist in v10)

This field also does not exist anymore in Version 9.0c.
