We have a clean Odoo 18 install we're trying to get up and running this week for our support team to make the transition from Hubspot to Odoo.

We have managed to set up our main email addresses from our own domain (info@ourcompany.com) and tickets are being received and answers are sent in return from info@flytcatering.no

The problem we have is that the name shown as sender on the receiving end is the full name of the employee answering.

How do we make it so that all answers given on tickets are shown as "Our Company" or "Our Company Customer Support" instead?

Hi, 

I have the same problem and tryed to change this field but i don't understand how it is working. Every time i put a value here it change nothing.

Have you tried changing the email template
