I want to choose the email address that appear in the mail.
EX: user1 want to send a newsletter at 2000 persons but he want "info@mycompany.fr" to the from field value of each email instead of user1@mycompany.fr .
How can I do that?

If you are using a template, use ${object.company_id.email} in the from field.
