Admin User Missing

Question

Hi
Just recently my  ubuntu 16 OS crushed.
I reinstalled the OS and Odoo 11 back to my computer.
I used the backup zip file to restore my database.
Its work fine then but i cant log-in as  Admin user. I run the psql and found out the Admin user is missing in res_users model.
How to i rebuild the Admin user for all of the existing users does not have admin access.
As i know only Admin user can add or modify user. and also i cant get to the setting as well.
Hope for you kindness, i badly need it.

Try to create a user with id is 1 (one).

yes, it works. I have found out my admin user name was changed to demo for it has an ID of 1(one).
I run psql to list all users in my database and discovered it.
