I cant find the list of banks. I can find it only when I create the bank account.
You can find the list of banks in Sales > Configuration > Address Book > Banks. Here, you can create and edit bank data.
I can not see it in Odoo14 and Odoo16.
Odoo 15: Contacts > Configuration > Banks
