In our company it is possible that the customer has to pay for travel and/or hotel expenses.

Is there any integration with expenses in standard Odoo?

If so, also with the expenses smartphone app?

Yes, and any product (or service) that an employee has to purchase during a visit can be rebilled to the Customer.  The user would choose the relevant Sales Order (ie: one created from the Field Services Visit Task) when submitting the expense.

Yes.  The same functionality is available with the phone app.
