Odoo 15: Change placeholder of chatter

Question

Hello,

I want to change placeholder of Send message chatter box, which located here in Odoo mail module:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/15.0/addons/mail/static/src/components/composer_text_input/composer_text_input.js#L69 [1]

Can any one help me to find a way to change this? By inherit JS or any other way?
