I am running v14.0 community. Is there an option to organize client meetings and wants to make MOM (Minutes of Meeting). lot of calls and discussions handling, now we are using calendar and respective invitation system. but we would like to write the minutes and need to retrieve it as reports.

Please any one advice me how we can organize this in this application.

By default, there is no such option, but we can fulfill the requirement by Paid Modules. If you can go with Paid Modules. I can suggest one best module. Minutes of Meeting & CRM Lead Creation

This module helps you to organize meetings and add the MOM. With this app, you will be able to Print and Send the Minutes. It has the provision to create and track the CRM leads.
