First of all, congratulations on the new look and feel of OpenERP. It is impressive and easy to work with (period).

I am evaluating odoo for one of my clients who comes from QuickBooks accounting (with Inventory).

I am unable to find a way to manually adjust the inventory valuation.

To explain the need with description - 

I have a product - A bottle of Mango Juice with 100 nos. of quantity in my warehouse, valued at USD 5 per bottle.

I do a re-labeling of my inventory from a third party service provider who charges me USD 100 for this job. I want to increase the inventory valuation of each bottle by USD 1. How do I achieve this in Open ERP?
